We want you to love Bloomin pieces. please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Bloomin does not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
Exchanged items must have original tags attached and be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
Want to exchange for a different size?
One complimentary size exchange per order, subject to availability.
Follow these simple steps:
- To begin an exchange, please email bloomin.clothin@gmail.com (subject line: "Exchange Size") within 3 days of receiving your order. Indicating your name, phone number, and a description of what you're sending back.
- Wait for confirmation
- Pack your item back up in original box
- Send it back to BLOOMIN P.O. Box 1054 Rocky Mountain House, Alberta Canada T4T 1A8 *customer is responsible for shipping cost*
- Once item is returned to us we will send you the size of your choosing if available *we pay the shipping, applicable once per order*
Returns

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit or an exchange, depending on availability. *customers are responsible for return shipping costs*
Damage or flaws?
We take the utmost care to ensure each item is in perfect condition. However, if you receive your order and an item is damaged or has a manufacturing flaw, Follow these simple steps:
- To begin a return, please email bloomin.clothin@gmail.com (write "Damage" in the subject line) indicating your name, phone number, a description of what you're sending back, and a photo, within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Wait for confirmation
- Mail item back to BLOOMIN P.O. Box 1054 Rocky Mountain House, Alberta Canada T4T 1A8 *we pay the shipping*
- Once item is received we will issue a replacement or store credit, or a refund if a replacement is not available.
Placed your order with the incorrect address?
Address changes can only be made before an order has shipped. Bloomin is not responsible for devlivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
